I Think Thin - DAY 1

I am very happy to have someone (Beck) helping me - someone who understands me, you know? Feels like I'm talking with a friend willing to help me, definitely, lose weight and keep me thin ...

I loved the format of the books: I love the list of tasks, tests with questions.

I then started the first day! I will read one at a time and perform all tasks. And to motivate me even more, decided to share each day here in my blog - an interesting way to use a tool that I like so much, let the progress made and share with those who most need to lose weight.

Willing to follow me? So come on!

Beck points out that discipline and training are key to not abandon the diet. We need to "train" disciplining "muscles" Dieting and develop resistance!

Thus, Beck asks two weeks of training before the diet itself - and I'll go straight!

Reminders before activity DAY 1:

1. Choose a diet (and have a second option, if not we adapt the first): I'll follow the Weight Watchers with my food preferences. If it does not too sure, I'll leave for menus written in booklets of VP.

2. Choose the exercise program. [I found an interesting question that Beck has done over the reading today and made me think: Is there any reason that makes you believe in the possibility not only lose weight but also to maintain a thin person for life without these things (change eating habits, exercise)?] chose to walk again after work every day and if it rains, will jump rope or dance at home!

DAY 1

- Create the Cards Confronting the Benefits of Weight loss (in the form of cards, lists, etc.).

- Decide the two times of the day to read the cards;

- Implement a system of reminders.

Here are my advantages of Weight Loss:

Will I look better.

Can wearing smaller and more beautiful.

I liked the image you see in the mirror.

I will feel less constrained (sitting, walking, running, etc.)..

I will be healthier.

I'll have more energy, courage and endurance to perform tasks and physical activities.

'll Live longer.

I feel less embarrassed without clothes.

My self-esteem will increase.

I will have control over what and when to eat.

I feel victorious before former made a wish (to be thin).

I will do things that before were afraid (wear a bikini, dance).

I will not care to eat in front of others.

I will not have back pain.

I feel more attractive to my husband.

Buy new clothes and I can use for years.

Renew my lingerie.

Personal reason (in code!).

Wish to appear in photographs and also like to see them.

I'll read and agree to return to work (before you go for a walk) and put reminders on your phone.

I suggest reading the books because I will not here transcribe their content due to copyright law and because it is not my goal. I'm just doing my daily reflection through the blog. In the books content is much more comprehensive and methodical.

    Honey,
Good to see you regaining motivation.
And as he put the question without the awareness that we need to watch what we eat and exercising no way.
Force there. I still need to plan better for the activities, my back already are complaining the lack of them.
