Organizing fonts

Long ago , I have an overwhelming passion for sources.

I already have many, many who do not even have the concept of quantity and variety.

Talking to a coworker about the slowness of my Photoshop to open, he said it may be the amount of fonts installed - the program takes it needs to open all.

Court created and installed The Font Thing ( see details and instructions in this post ). Now I'll uninstall the fonts already installed (I have 944 in the folder Windows / Fonts) and look for another so much that he downloaded and opened ... never leave a briefcase all the HD and I shall use the program when you want something different.

At last I decided to take the first step in organizing my notebook!

------- Editing ...

I searched for missing fonts on the hard drives, took sources Zipes, I deleted sources that were not Windows Vista ...

RESULT: Pasta downloaded only with fonts: fonts in 1609.

Now, slowly, I looked at the sources and deleting those that do not please me more!

    Jack,
Neither have many fonts already adhered to the TFT at a time, separated the sources into folders more generous to facilitate the search time to use. I have a fancy for the lyrics and pretty ornaments, one for cursive letters and one for handheld.
    # Gets the hint.
