The peer group CREEO comment, from time to time on such a "dish allowed".
The deal would be the following: once a week (still do not know whether it is for some people or whether it is part of another food plan), the person would be entitled to choose a meal and eat something that is not in the plan - in moderation clear.
As I still have a fat on me (and by that study there, I have always 
), I was thinking the other day what I eat on my plate allowed?
To my surprise, I did not know the answer. After all, there can be any food.
I then started to create a list of foods I love to eat on occasion. Here is the list (which is constantly changing):
- White cake (cake with white chocolate wafer - the restaurant);
- Toasted white bread with cheese;
